With a strong foundation in Mass Communication, she has built a distinguished career rooted in journalistic excellence, integrity, and a passion for amplifying underrepresented voices. For the past 15 years, Prisca has served as a Senior Correspondent at Vanguard Media, one of Nigeria’s foremost national dailies. Her reporting spans a wide spectrum of issues, with particular emphasis on arts and culture, gender-based concerns, and social development. Through her insightful and empathetic journalism, she has consistently captured the complexities of Nigerian society, highlighting the interplay between cultural identity and societal progress. In 2024, her outstanding contributions to journalism were recognized with NLNG's The Nigeria Prize @ 20 Media Award—a testament to the depth, clarity, and impact of her work. Beyond journalism, Prisca is a published short story writer and accomplished playwright, with several stories featured in national dailies and more in development.

She also spent seven formative years (2000–2007) as a scriptwriter and actress on Voice of Nigeria’s iconic drama production, "Theatre on the Air", produced by Mrs. Chinyere Ndukwe. Prisca's creative pursuits have sharpened her storytelling lens, enabling her to blend narrative artistry with journalistic precision.
