Mary’s career began over 20 years ago with a professional background in Public Relations, Media Management, Consulting, Administration, Project Management and Human Resources.

Mary is skilled in leadership, Organization/Logistics, Events Planning/Execution, Vendor Management, Monitoring, Project Planning/Execution, Negotiations, People Management and a host of other skills. She holds a BA in English Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, an MBA degree from the University of Akure, and a Masters in Labour and Industrial Relations from the University of Lagos. She has varied certifications and professional licenses. Mary's career commenced in Eterna Oil as an Admin Assistant and later in Raitas Consulting as a corper. Due to her outstanding performance during her National Youth Service, she was retained as the Communication/Public Relations Officer, where she managed media, including the Print, TV and Radio.

In her quest for multinational experience, she moved to Nigerian Bottling Company limited as an Administrator and later transitioned to Human Resources as a Human Resources Services Manager and HR Business Partner. She later moved to Cway Group as the Head of Human Resources where she set up the HR unit. Moving to Workprime Limited she served as Lead HR Consultant having a clear understanding of the importance of a support function in any industry. She moved into the IT industry, and served as the Chief People & Culture Officer of IT Horizons Group overseeing Nigeria, UK and Ghana team in driving major HR Strategies and transformation projects. Mary is passionate about youth development and empowerment, hence she's involved in Trem Career Academy, mentoring and handholding younger professionals to the top.

Mary takes delight in fresh challenges as each success is an endorsement that ultimately culminates in additional experience. She enjoys being a member of a productive and successful team alongside remaining focused and self-driven exhibiting high level of leadership and logical potentials in any competitive sector she operates, which has come to bear in her transition across various Industries in Oil & Gas, Consulting, Manufacturing and IT. She has numerous achievements in these industries to her credit. She's an accomplished wife and mother.
